Chef Taib prepares every dish with his signature style and is responsible for the seasonal Twist Dupont menus, In-Room Dining and all special events at Carlyle Suites Hotel. We are proud to have him on our hotels restaurant team, but more importantly, our guests praise him regularly. "Thank you so much for a wonderful brunch. Mouchine and Mustapha took very good care of us. My family is STILL talking about the food and the professionalism of the staff. We liked Simon greeting us at the front door and when we left. He even offered to call us a cab because we were "full" from eating so much food. We laughed hysterically! We will return again - thank you so much!
