The Carlyle Suites Hotel has answered the national call to community service, UNITED WE SERVE, with our Serve America and Stay in DC package!

Simply book your next DC family vacation at the Carlyle Suites Hotel and we will donate 50% of your room rate to a community service organization of your choice; or you can pay 50% of your hotel bill by volunteering 5 hours of community service of your choosing!

Visit www.volunteermatch.org and find an organization that you would like to sponsor.  Please tell us the name and URL of that organization when making your reservation or complete the MyChoiceForService.pdf form and send to ServeAmerica@CarlyleSuites.com no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. 

If you prefer to offer your personal time and work in your local community, complete 5 hours of community service to receive 50% off your hotel bill! For every 5 hours of community service that you perform, you will receive a 50% refund on one night's room rate.   You must complete your community service no less than 90 days before your arrival or 90 days after your departure.  To receive your 50% refund, the following information must be emailed to ServeAmerica@CarlyleSuites.com

1)  A verification letter on the organization's letterhead stating your name, the dates and number of hours of your community service performed.


2)  A copy of the organization's 501(c)3 certificate.

The Serve America and Stay in DC Package is only available November 20th through February 28 2010.  This package must be booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival to qualify.  This package is not available in conjunction with any other discount program or group reservations. This package requires a minimum two (2) night stay.  The Serve America and Stay in DC package requires a full non-refundable pre-payment and cancellations and refunds are not permitted.  Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your booking.
