The majority of our hotel guests favor a non-smoking hotel.  The only way for us to successfully provide this experience is to not allow smoking within any room of the hotel.  Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas outside of our DC hotel to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke.

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere within our hotel and that there is a significant room recovery fee for hotel guests that do not comply.  This cost is necessary to cover the extensive cost of restoring hotel guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
